Our offering includes “out of the box” products for OEM relationships, or customized versions of our products, unique to the individual requirements. Potential OEM solutions include:

	VAV Applications We offer a LonMark certified VAV controller complete with IAQ algorithms. This functionality comes in several versions both with a integrated (Belimo) actuator or without, ready to drive an external actuator. Our airflow sensor is accurate down to 0.02” WC of pressure differential allowing for primary minimum reset occurring at the VAV box level. Couple this with multiple digital and analog outputs for heating options as well as the ability to un-bundle any point and you have an incredibly powerful, reliable and flexible controller.
	Packaged Equipment All of our packaged equipment controller solutions are LonMark certified devices that have been designed and built to provide an economical and diverse solution to standard HVAC equipment. Available for heat pumps, fan coils, unit ventilators, rooftop units, and packaged air handlers, these robust and proven controllers are easy to install, and quick to commission.
	Programmable Applications If you have a unique sequence of operations, require a varied mix of digital and analog inputs and outputs and/or require a LonMark certified controller to meet your specifications, we have several controllers that can meet your needs. Your custom applications work with pre-built functional application blocks allowing you to tailor your solutions very quickly. These controllers are available in multiple footprints ensuring an appropriate mix of inputs and outputs to give you a powerful, diverse and economical solution.
