Using System Integrator
Course Description:
This course teaches students how to engineer, set up, and
configure a Circon Local Operating Network (LON®) of Circon
200-Series HVAC Direct Digital Controllers (DDC). This course
is suited for system installers, engineers, technicians, and project
managers. Throughout the course, the student will learn the steps
required to design and configure a Circon Local Operating Network
(LON). The student will also learn how to perform the necessary
configuration operations required to fully configure a network
of Circon HVAC controllers using Circon System Integrator.
Course Objectives:
- Learn how to completely configure a Circon system/network
using Circon System Integrator software.
- Learn how to design and configure a Circon network of controllers.
- Learn how to install, set-up, configure, and commission a
Circon HVAC node on a Circon network.
Prerequisite: Basic computer skills and experience with
Microsoft Windows® XP.

Using Network Integrator
Course Description:
This course teaches students how to engineer,
set up, and configure an LNS-based LonWorks network of Circon
HVAC Direct Digital Controllers (DDC) using Network Integrator
(NI 3) network integration tool. This course is a must if you
are:
- A Controls Integrator
- A Network Design Engineer
- A Control Technician
Throughout the course, the student will learn the steps required
to design and configure a LonWorks network and how to perform
the configuration operations required to fully configure a network
of Circon HVAC controllers (i.e., nodes) using Circon Network
Integrator 3.
Prerequisite: Basic computer skills and experience with
Microsoft Windows® XP, experience and knowledge of HVAC
systems and control system terminology, and experience and knowledge
of analog and digital electronic components as well as electricity
and electrical concepts.

Using Plexus Altitude
Course Description:
This course teaches students how to install and configure Plexus Altitude software. The course covers the Altitude Software System Architecture
together will the services that allow Web serving, scheduling,
alarm handling and data logging. Students will use the Altitude
Pilot engineering tool to develop web pages without writing
any HTML or Java code plus learn how to use and create SmartComponents
to accelerate web page development.
