Web-based Monitoring and Control Interface for Facilities Management

Offering the features and functionality that building owners and facility managers demand, the i.Browse 100 provides Web-based monitoring and control in a single hardware product. The i.Browse 100 combines the power of the i.LON® 100 Internet Server from Echelon with the unparalleled support of Circon Systems Corporation to provide LonWorks integrators and Facility managers a stable, supportable Web based solution to connect building owners with their properties from any location on the planet.

In addition to its Web server capabilities, the i.Browse 100 comes with a robust set of built-in software applications for scheduling, alarming, data logging and meter reading. These applications allow the i.Browse 100 to operate as a standalone unit, reducing the need for a dedicated on-site computer.

i.Browse 100 features include:

  • Alarming, datalogging and scheduling applications can be accessed through secure Web pages allowing monitoring or operational changes to be made without a network management tool.
  • Extensive on-board memory allows trend data and alarm condition logging plus the ability to host a unique custom facility web site with graphical images and device control information.
  • Two impulse power meter inputs, two high voltage relay outputs, and two isolated digital inputs for use in entry level applications with no existing LonWorks network creating up-sell opportunities for future facility upgrades.
  • The optional 56K baud V9.0 internal dial-in/dial-out modem provides site monitoring and email access when Ethernet connections are not appropriate Web-enabling even the most remote sites.
  • A Remote Network Interface (RNI) connects with the LNS® server providing complete network management access for maintenance personnel to tune control loops or perform programming using LNS plug-ins.
  • A conduit ready electrical panel with secure locking lid and internal high voltage barrier for quick installation.
