Tech Tip -
Use Keyboard Shortcuts and Save Time with Circon LNS
Plug-ins
Circon LNS plug-ins often present a list of items
to select from, for example the SNVT type for Universal Input or the Event
name in Alarm Blocks. If the list is long, it can be tedious to scroll
through the list with the mouse. Save time and effort by using the
keyboard shortcuts! Type the first letter of the item you are
looking for and the plug-in will go to the first item that starts with
that letter. For example, to configure an input point as
SNVT_temp_p, click on the NV type list and press "t" to select
SNVT_temp. Continue to press "t" as it scrolls though options until
you reach SNVT-temp_p.

Technology Brings Changes to Venerable Construction
MasterFormat
By Spring 2003, the MasterFormat won't look like
the venerable old document it used to be - or at least parts of it
won't. The reason it's changing has a lot to do with the rising
importance of electrical systems in buildings and the need for a new
division for telecommunication systems.
