What's New
Message from the Front Office...
Bill May, CEO

Circon continues to "raise the bar" in the LonWorks marketplace.  After introducing several new hardware and software products at the AHR Expo in January, Circon will be making some major integrated system solution announcements in the next two months.  As the saying goes, "The future looks bright!"

Circon absolutely supports the dual concepts of open and integrated systems, and GE's continued support of Circon represents a vote of confidence to our technology and our company.  Our integrator partners should also feel confident in Circon's continued ability to deliver the best-in-class products they have come to expect.

As many integrators and manufacturers have come to realize, truly open systems represent a paradox.  On one hand, we support the technology that basically tears down the citadels of the proprietary systems, and that is a true benefit to the owners and end users.  On the other hand, we simultaneously foster competition both from a products viewpoint as well as an integrator position.  This is the marketplace in which we have chosen to participate.

Circon will continue to compete in an honest and forthright manner.  We will not abuse the respect we have earned from our integrator partners by resorting to false statements about other companies as they try to gain market share.  We challenge these other companies to do the same.

It is also our hope that the markets will turn around this year and that we all enjoy a great 2003.  Circon will work with our integrators on whatever level it takes to make this happen.  Our Technical Services, Customer Services and Engineering Services groups are all committed to this level of performance.  Give us a chance to show what we can do for you.
